Monument League is in active development. Features, balance, saved data formats, availability, and content may change. The playtest may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable.
Permission to use the playtest
Lucky Dreamer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the current playtest for lawful gameplay and evaluation. You may capture and share ordinary gameplay images or video, provided you do not misrepresent development features as released services or imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with the site, hosting, or other users;
- attempt to bypass security or access non-public systems;
- use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service;
- upload malicious, unlawful, or rights-infringing material; or
- present future Royale placeholders as real entries or results.
Intellectual property
Monument League, Royal Works, Monument Royale, the Cosmic Pharaoh, visual assets, audio, game code, and related materials are owned by Lucky Dreamer or used under applicable rights. These terms do not transfer ownership. Player-authored monument arrangements remain subject to the game’s underlying rules and assets; specific online submission licences will be stated before Monument Royale launches.
No online prizes or ranked service yet
Monument Royale is not currently open. No entry, ranking, prize, judging result, or permanent Eternal Capital placement is offered by the present website. Future competition rules will be published before any official event accepts submissions.
Beta interest list
Joining the optional beta list expresses interest only. It does not guarantee access, a particular platform, a launch date, or admission to Monument Royale. Invitations may be limited by device support, testing capacity, territory, and age requirements.
Availability and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the development playtest is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or preservation of local progress. Lucky Dreamer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the playtest. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the product approaches release. Material changes will be dated here. Invited playtesters should use the private channel that provided their build; current guidance is also kept on the Support page.
