The idea
Players paint one horizontal Layer at a time on a flat grid. Each sealed plan becomes permanent, and tiny workers build it in live 3D. When construction ends, the Pharaoh transforms the exact block structure into finished architecture without changing what the player actually built.
Why the constraint matters
Unlimited editing can turn a playful decision into a long modelling session. Monument League keeps every action readable: plan the next Layer, commit, watch, and adapt. The monument becomes a record of choices instead of a perfect object produced by endless undo.
What exists today
Royal Works Chapter One is working in private development builds with ten commissions, real construction spectacle, Royal Casing, deterministic campaign Trials, completion history, and English and Finnish interfaces.
What comes later
Monument Royale, online accounts, weekly results, voting, and the shared Eternal Capital remain in development. They will not be presented as live before the fairness, moderation, privacy, and operational systems are ready.
